Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vera and services offered by vera. By creating an account, booking, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be able to enter a binding agreement and comply with local laws.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • We may verify your email via OTP and suspend accounts for misuse.

Health & participation

  • You confirm you are medically fit to participate and will follow instructor guidance.
  • Inform us of any injuries or health conditions before class.
  • You participate at your own risk; see “Liability” below.

Packages, credits & expiry

  • Package details (price, duration, allowed class types, allowances) appear on each package.
  • Active package rule: Only one active package at a time. You cannot purchase a new one until the current package expires or is adjusted by our team.
  • Allowances: Public/private class credits may be limited or unlimited (as stated).
  • Expiry: Packages expire on the stated date; unused credits are forfeited upon expiry unless local law requires otherwise.
  • Freezing: Each user is allowed one package freeze per year, which must be requested directly through the gym.

Bookings & attendance

  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • Cancellation windows: Public class cancellations are typically allowed until 3 hours before start;
  • private sessions are not cancelable from the website you have to contact us (see the package page or booking flow).
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety; no-show/late-cancel fees or credit deductions may apply as stated on the package page.

Payments

  • Prices are in AED unless stated otherwise and may change at any time.
  • We accept card payments via Stripe.
  • Support communications: for as long as needed to resolve issues and maintain records.
  • For card payments, you agree to Stripe’s terms and any authentication. We do not store full card numbers.

Refunds & changes

  • See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
  • We may modify, reschedule, or cancel classes due to instructor availability, maintenance, or events outside our control. If we cancel, we’ll credit your account or reschedule.

Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Fitness results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, vera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package or session.
